  • Calling All Girls Ages 5 - 11 -- Come to a HOLIDAY Girls' "Sleepunder"

  • Where:  At the Clubhouse

  • Time:  6:00 p.m. -- 8.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Cost:  $30 per child -- space is limited reserve now!

The Youth Auxiliary of The Winnetka Club (high school students) are sponsoring a SLEEPUNDER for girls 5 to 11 on Dec. 16th. The SLEEPUNDER is a favorite, new local activity for youngsters, and this one is holiday themed. Girls will have a blast decorating cookies, playing fun holiday games, creating cool crafts and more!

Snacks as well as a dinner of pizza and juice will be served. Also, please bring one non-perishable canned food itrem to donate to Chicago's Food Depository. Proceeds from this event are going to charity and scholarships.

This is a popular event and the care ration will be no higher than 3 girls per teen, so please reserve early, as space is limited. There will be also be adult supervision.

Holiday SLEEPUNDER

  • Time:  Presentation begins at 12.30 p.m., preceded by a Potluck Lunch at 11.30 a.m.

  • Cost:  Members - free, Non-members $10 for the presentation. Pay at the door.
    If you plan on coming to lunch, bring something to share.

This timely presentation coincides with the beginning of the spring real-estate season -- when many houses will be offered for sale. If you're putting your house on the market, you need to know how to make your house stand out from the competition. (And, if you're not selling, you can still learn a lot about how to make your house an edited space where you can relax and enjoy!)

Linda has helped many sellers frong organization to their homes when the decision has been made to sell. So, based on this long experience and also on detailed input from many realtors, she developed this popular lecture. Learn about the effects of "clutter" in the sales process. You'll also be interested to know how to organize tour space so a buyer will love it!

Linda Goldman, CPO and owner of Altogether Organized, is passionate about helping others simplify and bring order to their lives. All are welcome to join this discussion group, which generally meets the last Tuesday of the month, September through June. (Note dates in January, 2012, which are exceptions and do not follow this pattern.) Meetings are generally held in the Clubhouse Lounge, except January 3, which will be held at a private residence.
