Welcome to the North Shore of Chicago

The Winnetka Club is the newly adopted name, as of June 1, 2011, of the philanthropic entity formerly known Winnetka Woman's Club. It might be a new name to reflect the 21st century, but the club has roots of friendship and volunteer service going back to 1908. The Winnetka Club is a club for today, open to all who wish to become members.

  • Members come from across the wider community.
  • There are fun, interesting events for you and your family with proceeds directly benefitting the community.
  • Events also include some designed for families with young children.
  • Our beautiful up-to-date Clubhouse is available for rental for private parties, wedding parties, concerts, piano recitals, seasonal parties, memorial services and receptions and the like.
  • Our Youth Auxiliary learns about community involvement and volunteerism by holding their own series of events, like their ever-popular SleepUnders.
  • Scholarships are awarded every year to graduating high school seniors of character and need, who live in or attend school in New Trier Township, or who are dependents of employees of the Village of Winnetka.

To renew your membership for the 2011-2012 club year using Paypal (Visa or Mastercard), or to become a member, click here. Annual fees are $110 single membership, $140 family, and $250 sustaining membership.

  • In a parklike setting facing the Village Green, our historic Victorian Clubhouse is much more than a "wedding hall," yet still has all the modern amenities, like air-conditioning. Rental fees include tables, chairs, dishes, and silverware. Handicap accessible. It also has a spacious, well-appointed "Bride's Room," where the bride and bridesmaids can attend to final details.
